How do I join a game?

Ask the organiser for the match code, open Find a Game, and enter it. Or tap a Bibs link they've sent you and the app opens straight at the game.

I didn't get my verification code

Check your spam folder, then tap "Send the code again" in the app. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll sort it by hand.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?". We email you a code; enter it with your new password and you're back in.

Someone is being abusive, or a message shouldn't be there

Hold any message in a game chat or private conversation to report it or block the sender, or use the Report and Block buttons on their profile. Blocked players can't message you and their posts disappear from your view; they aren't told. Reports reach us straight away and a person reviews them within 24 hours. You can also email support@bibs.football. Blocked players are listed under Settings.

How do I cancel the Captain plan?

On an iPhone it's an Apple subscription: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Bibs. On Android it's a Google Play subscription: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, then Bibs. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs until the end of the month or year you've paid for. If you're on the free month on an iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete my account. See Deleting your Bibs account for what goes and what stays. Your profile, messages and files are removed straight away and are gone from our backups within 30 days. If you can't get into the app, email support@bibs.football from the address on your account and we'll do it for you within 30 days.
